Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern MiMs Kanban Studio (the “Service”), including the board, calendar, Studio kit operator, credits, PayPal checkout, optional cloud board copy, and the owner dashboard. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update this ToS; the date above is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

The Service is a kanban you run in your browser: boards, columns, and cards. You may keep more than one board, use a calendar, filter, archive, export, and import JSON. A Sample board is look-only so you can learn the layout. This is provided as-is, with no uptime promise.

Boards live in your browser storage by default. If you sign in with Google you may save a private copy of that workspace on our database so you can load it on another device. That copy is yours, not a shared workspace, and is not published. Export JSON is still your backup. Import only files you trust. Clearing this browser does not delete the signed-in cloud copy until you overwrite it.

Sign-in is optional. Google is the only sign-in. It identifies you, attaches operator credits, billing, and the optional cloud board. You must have the right to use that Google account. Do not share a signed-in session. You are responsible for activity on that session. We may refuse or close access that looks abusive or unsafe.

Studio kit talks to a language model so it can suggest or apply board changes. A turn may send your prompt, a compact snapshot of the current board, and an optional screenshot of the board area. Do not paste secrets, passwords, personal data you would not publish, or anyone else’s private material.

Guests get a small free allotment. Signed-in desks get a monthly allotment. Turns cost 1–12 credits from tokens used. Extra credits are sold on the billing page through PayPal. Packs are standing (forever) credits. Studio month is a subscription of limited credits that lapse after 30 days. Limited credits are spent first. Invoices show the pack price and a single transaction fee (18% tax plus PayPal, billed together). Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted or paused. Combined model spend can pause Studio kit for everyone when the shop budget is spent.

By default the operator waits for you to allow each pass. Allow session lasts until you close the tab. Stop cancels a hanging turn on your side. Revert undoes the last applied AI pass from a local backup. Clear conversation forgets the chat and cannot be undone.

Do not use the Service to break the law, harm people, run scams, malware, or abuse the operator (including farming guest credits, flooding requests, or trying to bypass spend limits). Do not attempt to access the owner dashboard, other people’s accounts, or our systems. We may rate-limit, pause Studio kit for everyone if the combined model budget is spent, or refuse service.

We record coarse usage (visits, feature events, operator token estimates) so the owner can run the shop. Board contents are not in analytics. A signed-in cloud copy is stored only for that Google account. Guest credits may be bound to a cookie and a hashed network address to stop refresh-farming. Anonymous feedback is stored without your name; a hashed network address is used only to limit spam. Do not expect anonymity if you sign in with Google or pay with PayPal.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it is error-free, that operator output is correct, or that your local data will never be lost. You use the operator and any imported JSON at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the owner is not liable for lost data, lost credits, model cost, indirect or consequential damages, or operator mistakes. If a court finds liability anyway, it is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 30 days before the claim.

Questions, extra credits, access, or reports go to the shop on X. There is no other support desk.
