Columns, cards, due dates, and filters are stored in this browser (local storage). If you sign in you may save a private copy of that workspace on our database, scoped to your Google account, so you can open it on another device. That is not a public or shared board. Export JSON if you want a file backup. Clear site data on this browser and the local copy is gone; the signed-in cloud copy remains until you overwrite it.

You can use the board without an account. Guest operator credits are bound to an httpOnly cookie and a hashed network address so a refresh cannot mint a new allotment. That is for credits, not for reading your cards.

Google is the only sign-in. It identifies you, attaches credits and invoices, and unlocks the optional cloud board. We see the account email. PayPal sees what they need to charge you. Do not expect anonymity if you sign in or pay.

Your prompt, a compact snapshot of the open board, and an optional screenshot to a language model so it can propose tools. Do not paste secrets, passwords, or anyone else’s private material. This is not a shared workspace.

Coarse usage: visits, feature events, operator token estimates, referrer, country, landing path. Invoices and coupon redemptions if you pay. Anonymous feedback text, with a hashed network address only to limit spam. Card titles from your board are not the analytics record.

Theme preference and the guest credit cookie are first-party. There is no third-party ad cookie. Analytics uses a visitor id in local storage for a rolling 24 hours. See Terms of Service.

Questions or deletion requests go to the shop on X. There is no other desk.
